An application is being prepared for outline planning permission for up to 700 dwellings, a primary school (if required), associated infrastructure, open space, landscaping, and access, on land northwest of Stonehouse.

All details relating to appearance, access, landscaping, layout and scale will be reserved for future consideration (through Reserved Matters applications).

This public consultation has been arranged to present the draft proposals to the local community for comments and views before the application is finalised for submission to Stroud District Council.
