LAND NORTHWEST OF STONEHOUSE | PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The indicative masterplan shows: 

​

• Up to 700 new dwellings; 

​

• Land for a primary school (if required); 

​

• A range of public open spaces, including sports pitches, community orchard, greenspace, parks and recreation, play space, natural green space and allotments; and 

​

• Two points of indicative access from the south, via the Land West of Stonehouse Sustainable Urban Extension.
