LAND NORTHWEST OF STONEHOUSE | PUBLIC CONSULTATION
THE PROPOSALS
The indicative masterplan shows:
-
Up to 700 new dwellings;
-
Land for a primary school (if required);
-
A range of public open spaces, including sports pitches, community orchard, greenspace, parks and recreation, play space, natural green space and allotments; and
-
Two points of indicative access from the south, via the Land West of Stonehouse Sustainable Urban Extension.
