LAND NORTHWEST OF STONEHOUSE | PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The proposed development, which forms part of an allocation for development in the emerging Stroud District Local Plan Review, is situated to the northwest of Stonehouse, immediately to the north of Great Oldbury which was granted planning permission in 2014 for up to 1,350 dwellings, 9.3 hectares of employment land, a local centre, primary school and public open space (application reference: S.14/0810/OUT).
